This Barn is the site of the older barn which had to be replaced due to bad condition. For now this is assumed the location of the Walter J Matney Homestead.Per interview of current land owner.

This is a very old Tree of an Orchird, of which there are sevaral old trees remaining.
This is the view of MONMOTH from the Walter J Matney Homestead, from between the grape vinyard, which is very old, and assumed to be from the original homestead, the trunks on the vines are very large, The well is about 5 feet behind these vines, and the old trees are about 30 feet in back of the vines, the old barn is about 200 feet behind the vines, It looks like a house was very close to here.
